AAPoker is delighted to announce that one of America's well-known poker stars, Dan Cates (Jungleman), has joined us as our newest brand ambassador!

You may be surprised to learn that Dan Cates was born on November 14, 1989, which means he is only 33 years old this year. He is reportedly known as 'Jungleman' due to his thick hair and wild behavior. Others gave him the nickname 'Jungleman,' and he found it amusing. Therefore, he used it as his online ID.

Jungleman holds a prominent position in today's poker world and is considered to be one of the best heads-up No Limit Texas Hold 'em players in the world. Jungleman also has made a splash at poker tournaments with his powerful strength. His online cash game earnings at Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars are over US$11 million. His total live tournament winnings exceed US$14 million.

Jungleman's recent appearance was at the Triton Poker Series (London) in August 2023. As the ambassador for AApoker, he made it to the final table of the $125K Main Event and ultimately secured the third-place position, earning $1.94 million. Jungleman also attended the Release Conference held by AApoker in London. Surprisingly, after shaving off his beard, he appeared much fresher.

Jungleman is described as a legend of online poker. He expressed his great talent in poker skills. But it is much more than that. He wasn't nicknamed Jungleman for nothing, but was also described as a genius in the poker world.

Jungleman has won two World Series of Poker bracelets that hold exceptional value. As he achieved victories in the $50,000 buy-in Poker Players Championship in 2021 and 2022 respectively, creating a miraculous feat in WSOP history.
